I would like to take just a moment and let you know about the outstanding service I have received. It began in April 2021 with the ordering of my new 2022 Sun Tracker Party Barge. I was contacted immediately by Donna who guided us through the process. Not only that, but she kept us up to date during 7 month building phase "due to the Covid mess" of how things were going and if any things or dates changed. Once our new baby boat got here she walked us through the entire operation of it and explained all the little details so that when we left, we had absolutely no questions or doubts. It did not stop there, we received "via mail" one of those dreaded recall notices that we've all seen over a small item that needed to be addressed, in addition to Donna contacting me by phone to ensure my awareness if it. She advised me to bring the boat back on a date that was convenient to me and with the expertise of the mechanical and office staff, they had me back on the road in less than an hour. The outstanding and professional service has done nothing but continue when I recently experienced a slight mechanical failure "manufacture's fault" and was advised to bring the boat in. Due to my work schedule I was unable to stay around for a while so they could look at it, in turn once I had left they had examined my boat and was on top of the problem without delay. Within two days I received not 1 but 2 calls from separate staff members that my boat was fixed and ready so I could come and get it at my convenience. It is very seldom that I would leave comments on a sight, but, in todays times............A JOB WELL DONE NEEDS TO BE GIVEN. I look forward to continuing my business with these fine people and am more that adamite on spreading there good family business name. RDC
