Well it was only a matter of time before I rebuilt my CNC. I needed to tighten up the x y axis as it gittered and was causing all kinds of headaches. I installed real CNC thread rods and hardened steel linear rods. I don’t have the motors setup yet or the small tweaks yet. That will be later on.

I decided to put my CNC controller into a case as it was getting coated with sawdust. I added 3 serial ports so I could unplug and clean from time to time.
